Restricted Budget? Tired of Paying for the same training year after year?  Purchase a Complete Lesson Plan and have your own instructors certified instructors do the training. 

Because we recognize the need to reduce cost and the limitations Call Centers are faced with we make all of our standard lesson plans available to be used by the purchasing agency to train their employees as needed.  We offer two methods of purchasing our lesson plans.

1.  The Department can Purchase the lesson plan and the right to use the plan as often as they choose internally.  This option does not allow for training personnel outside of the the purchasers department.

2.  The Department can Purchase the desired Lesson Plan with a Train the Trainer Session.  During the Train the Trainer Session a Certified Trainer will cover each aspect of the purchased lesson plan, delivery/presentation methods, Student Handouts and ensure the trained personnel are able to provide the training at an appropriate level of competency.

While Option 1 is the least costly of these two methods Option 2 allows departments to offer training to personnel in agencies other than their own.  Contact us for complete details and limitations on either option.

Basic Telecommunicator Certification.  40 Hour Basic course written to TCLEOSE 1013 Standards.

Stress Management.   8 / 16 Hour Courses to address Stress in the Workplace and Managing Stress

Counseling                 8 / 16 Hour Courses to address Employee Performance Counseling Methods.

Other course are available on request.

Train the Trainer Sessions:

Typically a Train the Trainer session will last the duration of the class that is being purchased.  ( a 40 hour class has a 40 hour Train the Trainer Session) The purpose is to expose the trainers being trained to the subject matter and ensure they possess the basic competencies required to properly cover the materiel.  The cost of a Train the Trainer Session will include the basic cost of of the course to be taught, by student or class size, plus a fee for Specialty instruction. 

Train the Trainer session are available for all courses offered for purchase and as a basic instructor refresher.
