On Site Training: On site training is available for a wide variety of subjects to include Custom classes designed and based on your specifications. Cost of classes varies depending on class size and length of the class. Our On Site Trainers have all completed the TCLEOSE* Instructor Course, the APCO Certified Training Officer Course and have a minimum of 10 years experience Teaching and Instructing in the Public Safety Dispatch Field. The Primary On Site Instructor has been involved with the Development and recent changes to both the Basic Telecommunicator Certification Course, TCLEOSE* 1013 and Crisis Communication Course, TCLEOSE* course 2120. Certification Basics: (All Course Meet or Exceed TCLEOSE* Texas State Mandates) 40 hour Basic Telecommunicator Course. (TCLEOSE* 1013) 40 Hour Basic Instructor Course.
